Mine, for better or worse, were pretty accurate. They were:

Self Assurance
Strategic
Activator
Command
Ideation

There are many great insights off of each of these but one of my favorite is the activator section in which it says, "To avoid conflict later, ensure that your manager judges you on measurable outcomes rather than your process. Your process is not always pretty." This is more helpful for my wife since I don't have a manager.</description>
