I was actually kind of relieved to hear that Ron wasn't getting an iPhone. I'm hearing reports of security vulnerabilities and other technical issues with the web browser. I'm the one he'd call to provide the initial technical support (actually I'd just have to call in our higher-priced tech, who is also a Mac guy unimpressed with the iPhone). Now, if Ron wants to buy two, one for me and one for him, I might be able to figure out what his problem is as I upload my iTunes collection to it! Seriously, even then I would be be unable and unwilling to change carriers. Bottom line: exclusivity is a bad thing for the customer.

By the way, I like your blogs. They are well done. I've added you to my blogroll.
