		<description>I totally agree with you. I see so many churches, especially older ones, trying to fit in with the "new" contemporary churches. They copy exactly what the "new" churches are doing end up failing and losing half their congregation. Churches need to be respectful of the needs and gifts of the people. Of course they can change and develop their style, but it needs to be where the whole church is. Not just an attempt to keep up. Every church has a personality and we just need to tap into that. Use it to create our own method of service.</description>
